Parkinson’s Disease or "PD"

What is Parkinson’s Disease?

Parkinson's Disease is a disease that slowly damages the central nervous system and causes many problems including frustrating tremors.

How can The Perfect Step help make life better?

Our goal is to help clients struggling with Parkinson’s Disease to increase or maintain balance, mobility, and basic movements to daily living. Our results have shown that through participation in an intense exercise program, clients can not only have better quality of life, but they also might be able to reduce and/or regain control of their tremors.

Meet Suzanne Frantz.

“My wife, Suzanne, has been dealing with Parkinson’s for about ten years. One of the highlights recently for us was after only 3 months of attending The Perfect Step Suzanne’s neurologist very clearly stated she had made notable improvement on her physical skills tests - which hasn’t been the case for the last ten years. We are now working on her balance abilities and are looking forward to her getting back on the bike machine soon.”
